In this role, you will oversee pricing strategy, market analysis, and revenue optimisation, while managing and developing a team of Revenue Managers.You'll work closely with our regional, sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver data-driven strategies that maximise RevPAR, occupancy, ADR, and overall profitability. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance team effectiveness. Collaborate with Regional Revenue Managers to develop and implement tailored strategies aligned with Staycity Group's overall objectives. Analyse market trends, competitor pricing, and consumer behaviour to identify revenue opportunities and optimise pricing strategies. Monitor key performance indicators such as RevPAR, occupancy, ADR, length of stay, and cost of sales. Prepare and present detailed performance reports and actionable insights to senior management. Conduct regular forecasting to refine strategies based on market dynamics and property performance. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue management with broader business initiatives. Support the development of promotional campaigns, packages, and pricing strategies to maximise revenue opportunities. Lead the revenue budgeting process for assigned properties, ensuring accurate forecasting based on market conditions and historical trends. Adjust revenue strategies proactively in response to market changes and performance data. Monitor budget adherence and report variances to senior management in a timely manner. Utilise revenue management systems and analytics tools to optimise decision-making and strategy execution. Train and support team members in the effective use of revenue management tools and systems. Required Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in revenue management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the hospitality or serviced apartment sector. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in revenue management systems and data analysis tools (e.g., Ideas G3 RMS, CoStar, Lighthouse, Demand 360, Agency 360, Siteminder, BI tools). Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing high-performing teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
