    We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Senior BIM/CAD Lead to oversee the strategic development, implementation, and maintenance of CAD and BIM standards across the Stantec Energy & Resources UK business. This role will lead the creation, governance, and continuous improvement of multi-platform design standards, ensuring consistency and quality across a wide range of engineering disciplines and software environments.In addition to setting strategy, the role will be hands-on in managing and coordinating BIM/CAD modelling work tasks between UK teams and our offshore design centre in Pune, with the flexibility to undertake model authoring when required.
