    We have a vacancy for a Scheduler, based in Liverpool, working within a team covering our Liverpool City Region and Cheshire operating areas. From high-frequency services in big cities, scenic routes to the seaside and castles, open top sightseeing tours and so much more; our network of services is essential to the thousands of customers that we proudly serve every day.
    Your job will be to assist the Network Manager and senior leadership team in helping plan, build and schedule our extensive network of bus services in the region. This is a critical role within the small commercial team and some of your key responsibilities will include:
    • Producing timetables and route registrations
    • Production of files for the Bus Open Data system
    • Producing efficient and practical driver duties and rosters
    • Monitoring service performance for punctuality and reliability and coming up with solutions to ensure we operate as punctually as possible
    • Dealing with stakeholders, such as Trade Unions and Local Authority public transport teams
    • Always ensuring that we are complying with the law and appropriate regulations
