    We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Engineering Manager to lead our talented team at Stagecoach Bristol.     What you’ll be doing:Leading a team of engineers, technicians, cleaners, and apprentices to ensure our fleet is safe, clean, and road-readyManaging the maintenance and presentation of 32 service buses and 1 training vehicleOverseeing depot plant and building maintenance, including compliance and health & safetyManaging day-to-day operations, resource planning, stock control, and procurementCoaching and developing team members, with a focus on continuous improvement and succession planningWorking closely with the Engineering Director and gaining exposure to regional projects and strategic developmentMaintaining standards in line with DVSA regulations and Stagecoach’s standards
