    Our client is a leading supplier of bespoke vehicle management systems to a growing number of fleet operators throughout the UK and Staffbase have been appointed to recruit for the position of Technical Support Team Leader. Basic salary £40K- £46K Negotiable + Bonus + Benefits The Technical Support Advisor will provide 2nd line technical support for customers both online and over the phone. The Role: The Technical Support Team Leader will be responsible for the day to day management of a small technical support team who provide excellent over the phone, online and technical support for customers. Duties will include but is not limited to the following; You will provide hands-on leadership and supervision of a busy technical and customer support team Work closely with technical and after-sales teams to ensure all SLA's and KPI's are achieved Effectively processing customer technical queries via phone, email, chat or online. Raise, process, complete and effectively manage 'Tickets' and liaise /escalate to other departments as required. Deliver remote on-boarding training for new customers /users Investigate, communicate and resolve online software faults working with customer and IT teams as required. Maintain accurate record of tickets and information on the company CRM System Candidate: Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar technical /IT support position and you will have supervisory and or management experience. Applicants with call centre or customer service management experience welcome to apply. Applicants with previous experience SaaS based products or fleet management software systems will be advantageous however full training will be given. You will have strong problem solving skills and have a positive attitude towards your work. Experience with CRM and support tools e.g. HubSpot or similar ticket management systems will be beneficial. Salary £65K + Benefits We are seeking an experienced electrical bias engineer with excellent management and/or supervisory experience to manage and control all maintenance and CAP-ex projects activities at a large heavy industry processing plant near Croydon. The Role: The Maintenance Engineering Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all planned & reactive maintenance activities and some CAPEX project work. Your duties will include but is not limited to the following; Maintain and develop the existing CMMS Management & control of a small team of maintenance engineers and also external contractors Plan, manage and control all maintenance activities and engineering projects Effective Budget and CAPEX Project management Monitoring, sourcing and ordering spare and replacement parts Ensure adequate staff training, recruitment and disciplinary needs are met Adopt a continuous improvement approach and help to deliver efficiency and cost savings where possible Ensure compliance with all legal and HSE requirements Provide 'Hands-on' assistance with electrical and mechanical engineering maintenance and repair of plant and machinery. Candidate: You will be a multiskilled engineer with electrical bias and you will have previous engineering supervisor or manager role. Applicants will have previous experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector e.g. plastics, metals, quarry, recycling or chemical plants. You will have at least 5 years management /supervisory experience and you must me confident in leading a team of engineers and external contractors. You will hold recognised electrical engineering qualification and ideally you will be trained in health & safety management to IOSH or NEBOSH level. You will have a recognised qualification in electrical engineering e.g. HNC, degree or 18th edition certification and you will have good knowledge and understanding of plc systems. Basic Up to £45Kpa + Bonus + OT + Commission OTE £46K - £50K The Field Service Engineer will undertake machine installs, service and repair work throughout the UK. The role involve travel throughout the UK with occasional overnight stays. The Role: Reporting to the service manger you will be responsible for the 'day to day' maintenance of a range of 'high value' industrial printing, labelling, conveyors and weighing machinery. Your duties will include but is not limited to the following; Attend machine installations, breakdowns, service & maintenance visits as requested Identify faults and repair a range of printing, labelling machinery Replace damaged components e.g. print heads, coders, rollers, belts, presses etc etc. Electrical fault find and repair Record details of work undertaken and get customer sign off Report major defects and arrange for spare parts or machine collection as appropriate. Travel to customer sites throughout the UK Candidate: You will be a multi-skilled engineer with good mechanical and electrical engineering skills.
