This role will focus on developing robust, production-grade APIs, building data pipelines, and delivering software applications into secure containerised environments. You'll work closely with scientists, engineers, and domain experts to ensure sonar data is processed, shared, and operationally ready.     Location: Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite in London, remainder remote We are seeking a highly capable IT Service Management (ITSM) Consultant to join a small, senior delivery team as part of a live transformation programme. You will work alongside two other consultants in a collaborative delivery environment, supporting the design and documentation of ITSM processes across a multi-supplier landscape. This role would suit someone who has led ITSM design engagements in complex delivery environments, with a strong understanding of ITIL v4 and the ability to navigate ambiguity, drive consensus, and deliver to high standards under time pressure. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and documentation of complex ITSM processes aligned to ITIL v4 and contractual requirements. Secure sign-off from multiple stakeholders including internal teams and third-party service integrators. Facilitate workshops with delivery partners and stakeholders to drive alignment and process agreement. Operate independently in a high-tempo delivery environment, proactively identifying and resolving gaps or risks in process design.
