This role sits at the heart of our People supporting with onboarding, probation, contractual changes, leave administration, and offboarding. Support the creation and deployment of People experience with European employment practices is a plus. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills and able to build trust quickly with managers and employees at all levels. High attention to detail, particularly when handling employee data, contracts, and sensitive documentation.
