The remit will include: Lead private equity transactions including buyouts, growth investments, exits, and portfolio acquisitions. Play a key role in shaping and expanding the firm's private equity offering. Access a strong international platform and cross‑border opportunities. Requirements Proven track record in PE transactions. Strong relationships within the PE market. Demonstrable business development and client leadership experience.
