Marketing Leader, EMEA North ClusterThe North Cluster Marketing Leader plays a pivotal role within our marketing organisation, acting as the primary liaison between the regional marketing team and country-level marketing coordinators. In this role, you’re responsible for driving all marketing initiatives within the cluster, ensuring alignment with regional strategies, and help create the regional campaigns and direction to meet the unique needs of each market within the cluster.This role is ideal for a dynamic marketing professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about driving marketing success across multiple markets.In this role you will be reporting to the North Cluster Leader, with a dotted line to the EMEA Marketing Leader, and work closely together with the other EMEA Cluster Marketing Leads. The Country Marketing Coordinators within the North Cluster will report directly to you.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic LeadershipServe as the driving force for all marketing activities within the cluster.Collaborate with the Regional Marketing team to develop a 12-month marketing calendar that supports the cluster's needs.Provide upstream feedback on campaign performance, market trends, and consumer insights to the regional team.Campaign Development and ExecutionLead the implementation of regional marketing campaigns within the cluster.Coordinate the creation of marketing assets and collateral needed within the cluster with the regional design team.Ensure consistency and alignment of messaging and branding across all cluster markets.Team ManagementManage and mentor Country Marketing Coordinators, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.Ensure that country marketing teams are equipped with the resources and guidance needed to execute local campaigns effectively.Market Insights and FeedbackAct as the key point of contact for gathering and communicating market intelligence, including customer feedback and competitive analysis, to the regional marketing team.Identify and communicate important themes, trends, and opportunities within the cluster to inform regional strategies.Operational EfficiencyWork with each Market Leader within the cluster and your direct reports of Country Marketing Coordinators to set annual, local marketing budgets.Seek annual budget approval from the Cluster FP&A Leader.Ensure that all marketing activities within the cluster are executed on time and within budget.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data to drive continuous improvement.WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO WINBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably within a regional or cluster structure.Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to translate regional strategies into effective local actions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple levels of the organization.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.Experience managing and developing a team of marketing professionals.WHAT YOU'LL GET IN RETURNWe truly value the passion and dedication our team brings to Specialized UK.
