  The role…
  
  We have a superb opportunity for a Breakfast Waiter/Waitress to join the team looking after breakfast service. As Breakfast Waiter/Waitress you will be required to support the breakfast operation to ensure a seamless guest service delivery. A candidate who enjoys early morning starts and has excellent time keeping is desirable for this role. A passion for service excellence and a determination to be the best is essential.

  We are searching for a high‑calibre Hotel Operations Manager to join our flagship 5‑star Southampton Harbour Hotel & Spa.
  This is a standout opportunity for a driven, polished, and people‑centred hospitality professional from a luxury or premium lifestyle hotel background.
  As Operations Manager, you will be the strategic driving force behind the day‑to‑day success of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and commercial performance. With customer service at the heart of everything you do, you will lead through inspirational people management, unwavering professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail.
  You will:
  
  Champion our guest experience and uphold 5‑star service standards
  Lead, motivate and develop our operational teams with energy and accountability
  Ensure the smooth and profitable running of all hotel departments
  Partner closely with the General Manager and deputise in their absence
  Drive a culture of excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement
  
  Previous experience in a 5‑star or luxury lifestyle hotel is highly desirable.
