Branch Information: You will be responsible for supporting on and drive an efficient, effective and successful delivery service from the nominated Delivery Centre / Hub. You will ensure a safe working environment for all whilst providing excellent customer, colleague and stakeholder experience at all times.
Key duties will include:- Drive a performance management culture through the Delivery Centre / Hub encouraging best practice leadership, motivating and inspiring the team to achieve the best results.
Act as a Champion for the Company Values ensuring they are embedded effectively into the Delivery Centre / Hubs.
Own all of the Transport elements of Customer Service for delivery from the Delivery Centre / Hub, meeting or exceeding all Customer Satisfaction targets and scores.
Manage and maintain the vehicle routing application (Paragon) for optimal results.
Lead and support on availability through daily activity scheduling.
Achieve all company targets, objectives and KPI’s in order to run a profitable business.
Build effective working relationships and communicate effectively with Head Office teams, internal and external stakeholders and customers.
Ensure all company policies and procedures are effectively implemented and embedded.
Build high performing teams ensuring clear direction and objective setting to team members, providing opportunities for personal development through coaching and on-going training.
