This is a hybrid role with occasional travel to our London office. What you'll be doing: Designing and overseeing the build of digital resourcing solutions that align to customer needs and our growth strategy. Leading the creation of customer proposals and supporting qualification and design of consulting solutions. Identifying opportunities for growth with new and existing customers. Ensuring quality and profitability of deliverables by applying the right governance, methodologies and processes. Influencing customer direction with suitable challenge and clear recommendations. Researching innovative ideas and contributing to development of the Digital Resourcing roadmap. What youll bring: Expertise in Business Consulting within a digital, IT or resourcing transformation environment. Experience leading complex consulting projects and delivering impactful solutions. Proven ability to analyse complex problems and design effective solutions. Versatility to work across different industries, client cultures and project scopes. Experience developing service propositions and taking them to market. The ability to build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders. It would be great if you had: Strong ability to lead and inspire a team. Confidence navigating conflict constructively. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Clear communication skills that help influence collaborators. Proficiency in project management techniques.
