As a Website Manager, you’ll: Own the operational performance, stability, and security of the website and app
Manage website updates, CMS improvements, and content deployments
Ensure online booking functionality is optimised and running smoothly
Monitor and improve website performance, uptime, and user experience
Lead issue identification, troubleshooting, and bug resolution
Maintain compliance with GDPR, cookies, accessibility, and security standards
Manage analytics and tracking (GA4, Tag Manager) to ensure accurate data
Drive continuous improvement across website, app, and e-commerce performance

Long service awards recognising your contribution What we’re looking for 4–6 years’ experience managing websites or digital platforms
Experience owning website performance, uptime, and user experience
Strong understanding of CMS platforms, hosting, and web technologies
Experience with analytics tools (GA4, Tag Manager)
Knowledge of GDPR, security, and compliance requirements
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Experience working with agencies, developers, and cross-functional teams Desirable Experience within retail, e-commerce, or healthcare environments
Experience managing app platforms or digital ecosystems
