About the Role: As a Hearingcare Host, you’ll be the welcoming face of our clinic, creating a warm and professional first impression for every customer. Working alongside our Audiologists and wider store team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring each customer enjoys a smooth, supportive journey from the moment they walk in. What you’ll be doing: Greeting customers with warmth, empathy, and professionalism. Managing appointment schedules, check-ins, and reschedules. Making daily confirmation calls to reduce no-shows. Handling general queries about hearing tests, hearing aids, and aftercare. Engaging with in-store customers to raise awareness of hearing services and encourage bookings. Supporting administrative tasks such as filing, stock control, and payments. Keeping the clinic and reception areas tidy, organised, and welcoming.
