Your management accounting skills will help improve our budgeting, forecasting and interpretation of data to help deliver our strategy. Your knowledge, expertise and guidance will empower our budget holders to improve the services they provide About you You will need to have experience of producing and explaining management accounts. You will need strong IT skills to help improve the reporting out of our Microsoft Dynamics Business Central accounting system and to help build spreadsheets to improve month end processes and reporting to budget holders. You will need to have problem solving skills, generate ideas and identify opportunities to benefit colleagues. You will also need strong communication skills and be able to explain to and learn from the budget holders to improve the monthly reports. This is an opportunity to help deliver our new self-pay counselling service: Open Mind.
    About you You will be recognised professional counselling/psychotherapy qualification (minimum Level 4 Diploma or equivalent). You will need post-qualification counselling/psychotherapy experience (minimum 450 hours of demonstrable supervised practice). You will have experience in managing or leading clinical governance within a counselling service or team. You will have excellent communication, time management skills and strong clinical leadership, reflective practice and supervisory skills. You will have experience in using case management systems (e.g. Zanda) and digital tools. About us
