    Purpose of the role:With our entrepreneurial spirit and drive to succeed we need a dynamic National Account Manager to build relationships with our customers. You'll develop existing accounts and look for new business to add to our already prestigious portfolio. You will plan and oversee all aspects of the projects and meet the desired goals. You will oversee the organisation and scheduling of people, tasks and resources  Main Responsibilities:Bring your passion and enthusiasm to grow existing clients, alongside generating new businessLive the business Values and work with your teams to drive the VisionWork with all depts to ensure customer strategy is metFormulate customer-specific sales plan/strategy, in-line with accountable budget, ensure costings are pre-checked and spec, packaging and recommended retail prices are correctYou will be working independently alongside a pre-set sales strategy to achieve account-specific budgetsUnderstand customer KPIs, and targets and review performance, with knowledge and proposals to reach category standardsRelentlessly pioneer the future and pursue ambitious growth opportunities in your customersBe resourceful and employ innovative solutions to deliver value, gross margin & volume targets for your customersContribute to the wider sales team and support other colleagues with their accounts. Share your ideas and help contribute to team goals and ambitionsAssigning, monitor and co-ordinate project milestones and progress, with both internal and external stakeholdersLead and plan the implementation of the project (resource, relationship, allocation)Manage high volume SKU level CPA's (over 200 SKUs in totality)Ensure visibility and feedback is maintained

    Purpose of the role:As a Junior Product Manager, you will support the Product Manager and National Account Managers (sales team) across multiple leading retailers to develop and deliver strong products for your customers that meet the consumer needs. You will ultimately report into the Product Manager who will help support and guide your development within the businessYou will work closely with the design team to bring your ideas to life, and over time will develop an understanding of your customer and what their product needs to look and feel like. You will also work with our incredible team in the Far East, who liaise directly with our suppliers, helping to source and quote for your requests. There are other teams within the division that will also help support you throughout the product life cycle, including technical, marketing and logistics 
    Main Responsibilities:Research the market and review product trends, including visiting customer stores. Assess competitors' products to identify important features and compare performance with equivalent company productsProduct Weekly Customer NPD slidesSupport in delivering products and ranges that are targeted and exceed customer expectationsManage cross functional relationships with our overseas offices, maintaining our One Team culture at all timesSupport the product managers in delivering the critical paths, sample management and admin tasks Support in writing clear briefs and communicate efficiently with our production teams globallyBe able to work with large amounts of detailArrange samples and presentations for customer meetings Develop and engage with the wider team on new product ideas / scoping & concepts. Approve product samples and assure quality standards through all stages of new product development
