Youll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success. /p ul li Minimum 3-5 years in a building maintenance or engineering role, with 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity /li li Broad technical knowledge across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general facilities upkeep /li li Experience managing contractors, PPM schedules, and maintenance logs /li li Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills /li li Knowledge of health safety legislation, risk assessments, and compliance standards /li /ul p The salary range for this role if filled within the UK is listed below.
