The Role… At Soho House, a Runner plays a vital supporting role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of service between the kitchen and front-of-house teams. As a key link in the dining experience, the Runner is responsible for delivering food and beverages promptly, maintaining cleanliness and organisation across the service areas.  . Maintain a spotless, pristine work environment Provides service to and is accountable for an assigned section. Develop relationships with members to provide personalized service. Polishing cutlery ensuring they are ready for service. Preparing any additions to tables in advance (preparing lemon wraps, condiments, butter portions etc) Perform opening and closing procedures including but not limited to the set up and break down of stations. Ensure all service equipment is handled carefully and stored correctly. Maintain a spotless and pristine working environment. Attending regular meetings with front and back of house teams to learn about any menu changes and specials alongside daily tastings. Maintain a spotless, pristine work environment Provides service to and is accountable for an assigned section. Develop relationships with members to provide personalized service. Polishing glassware ensuring they are ready for service. Assist bartenders during service by restocking ingredients, running drinks, and retrieving supplies from storage or cellar. Perform opening and closing procedures including but not limited to the set up and break down of stations. Ensure all service equipment is handled carefully and stored correctly. Maintain a spotless and pristine working environment. Attending regular meetings with front and back of house teams to learn about any menu changes and specials alongside daily tastings.
