Driving the accuracy and timeliness of corporate reporting, internally and externally, this individual will live in the heart of the business. In this role there will be exposure to most areas of reporting and work closely with various business operation functions.   As Financial Reporting Accountant, you'll be responsible for:  Assisting in delivering technical accounting and reporting areas such as revenue recognition, IFRS 15, SBP, Consolidation, FX, intercompany. Providing timely and accurate management accounts, financial statements and variance analysis- directly and via members of the team. Ensuring readiness and assisting in delivering successful HY and YE audits, being a key contact for the auditors. Ownership of assurance and reporting of balance sheet reconciliations and key controls for several areas. Assisting in producing reports for Senior Management, including analysis and commentary.   We'd love you to have  ACA / ACCA qualification, part‑qualification, or  be qualified‑by‑experience with strong technical ability. Strong technical accounting & analytical skills with the ability to clearly document and convey complex topics. Ability to present to and influence others, including senior stakeholders. Confident and proactive, professional, approach. Reporting to the Head of Treasury, you will lead the day-to-day operations of Group Treasury while driving improvements to our risk management framework and systems. You will oversee daily cash management performed by the Treasury Analyst, take ownership of our FX hedging programme, and help lead the implementation of our first Treasury Management System. In addition, you will strengthen cash forecasting, intercompany cash management, and treasury controls to support the business as it grows internationally.       Your role The Collections Manager will be responsible for the Collections function and team. They will ensure that processes and controls are in place to support the efficient and timely collection of customer payments. Aged debt reporting to the SLT, target setting, and building a team with good structure and accountability will be a key part of success in this role. Implementing enhancements such as automated dunning processes and direct debit facilities to streamline operations. Collaborating closely with the Credit Assessment team to proactively manage and mitigate bad debt. Producing insightful reports for CEO/CFO-level stakeholders, ensuring transparency and strategic alignment. Fostering a positive, engaging, and fun culture within the finance department.   We'd love you to have A credit related qualification (CICM) preferred but not essential. 10+ years' experience in a Credit function, with a strong track record of success. Proven ability to lead large teams, inspiring and guiding them through change and growth. Demonstrated experience in process improvement and team development. Exceptional written, verbal, and strategic communication skills. Passion for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
