We’re looking for a passionate, motivated, and skilled Commis Chef to join our pioneering team at Sevenoaks School. In this role, you’ll be more than just a chef – you’ll play an essential part in shaping a positive future for young people.
What You’ll Do:Prepare and present delicious, nutritious meals to high standardsFollow hygiene, safety, and security regulations in a professional kitchenCater to special dietary requirements with care and attentionSupport special functions, promotions, and training sessionsHelp maintain a clean, organised, and efficient working environmentCollaborate with a values-led team that is driven, innovative, and purpose-focusedAssist the Senior Chef team with operating costs and controls to ensure Sodexo is achieving optimum profits.Assist the Senior Chef Team with the smooth running of the kitchen in regard to heading up all hospitality functions, and delivery of the core catering food.Monitor the quality of food leaving the kitchen and take appropriate action where necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
