    I’m recruiting a Technical Bid Writer to join a fast-growing tech business working with global enterprise clients. This role sits right in the middle of Commercial, Product, Technical and Legal teams, and is perfect for someone who enjoys writing, organising people, and bringing complex information together into a clear, persuasive story.

    You’ll work closely with a Bid Manager and Account Executives, coordinating responses to RFPs, tenders and security questionnaires, making sure every submission is accurate, compelling and delivered on time.

    What you’ll be doing
    📌 Manage the full bid lifecycle from RFP receipt through to submission
    📌 Set timelines, assign ownership and keep everyone on track
    📌 Coordinate inputs from Product, Technical, Commercial and Legal teams
    📌 Draft, edit and polish clear, persuasive bid content
    📌 Bring technical detail together into structured, client-focused answers
    📌 Maintain quality across all submissions
    📌 Spot and share new RFP trends and content opportunities
    📌 Help build and refine the internal bid library
    📌 Use internal AI tools to speed up and improve bid production

    I’m recruiting for a hands-on Technical Support Manager who can take ownership of customer support, field demonstrations and training across a suite of radar systems. This suits someone who likes being close to the tech, working directly with customers and keeping complex kit performing at its best.

    You’ll be the link between Operations, Engineering, Sales and Production, making sure customers get fast, accurate answers and that demo assets are always ready to go. It’s a mix of problem solving, technical curiosity and strong people skills.

    What you’ll be doing
    🛠️ Providing first-line technical support and resolving customer issues quickly
    🎯 Running hardware demonstrations and onsite training sessions
    📍 Managing demo equipment and radar sites so they stay operational and compliant

    The Role: Design Verification Manager

    We are seeking an experienced Design Verification Manager to lead and scale a multi-site team responsible for the verification of complex digital IP and SoC components.

    This is a senior technical leadership role with strong emphasis on:
