    The RoleWere hiring a Podcast & Content Executive to take ownership of the groups video content strategy across Youtube, podcasting platforms and other social channels. You’ll lead the end to end strategy including concepting, scripting, briefing and distribution.     RequirementsLeading the strategy across all video content and the D2C Dairies podcast across youtube, podcast network and other relevant channels.Generating proven ideas, briefs and scripts backed by key market insights, research and data. You have a deep understanding on the key content marketing pillars to capture and hold the viewers attention.Working with the video editors on briefs, edits, trailers and clips.Working with the graphic designer to brief in scroll stopping, clickable thumbnails.A/B testing thumbnails on YouTube & via other strategies.Scheduling, Posting and Managing content on Youtube and the podcast network.     The RoleYou'll own creative execution across our high-production shoots - directing talent, leading treatments, and ensuring every frame serves a commercial purpose.
