     We’re looking for a driven Account Manager to join our Orthopaedics team, covering the Birmingham, Oxford and Bristol areas.      What will you be doing? As our Orthopeadics Account Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving strategic growth across key accounts in your territory. Reporting to the Area Business Manager, you’ll take full ownership of your accounts, crafting and executing strategic plans that unlock new opportunities and drive revenue growth. From leading quarterly business reviews to developing tailored proposals, you’ll collaborate across teams, harness data from our CRM system, and stay ahead of market trends to ensure our focus brands thrive. Your role will be pivotal in expanding the footprint of our focus brands and ensuring our solutions make a meaningful difference to healthcare providers and patients alike.

    You’ll need: Previous Orthopaedic experience is desirable, either in a clinical or sales setting.     What will you be doing?
    As an Apprentice Electronics Engineer, you’ll be part of our New Product Development team, supporting the design and delivery of cutting-edge medical devices. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers, gaining hands-on experience in electronics design, testing and manufacturing. From concept to clinical trials and production, you’ll be involved in every stage of the product lifecycle.
    You’ll learn how to plan and execute tests, document your findings, and contribute to design reviews. You’ll also explore components like pressure sensors, pumps and batteries, developing your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. 
    This apprenticeship will give you the chance to grow, learn, and make a significant impact at S+N.
    What will you need to be successful?
    You’ll need to meet the entry requirements for a Level 6 Apprenticeship scheme. This includes either:
    • Two A-Levels at grade B or above, including Mathematics or Further Mathematics and one of Physics, Biology, Chemistry or Engineering
    • Or a Level 3 Engineering qualification such as BTEC, Cambridge Technical, EAL, T-Level or Foundation Technical Level at distinction level.
    Success in this role means being curious, proactive and eager to learn. You’ll be supported every step of the way, but your drive and enthusiasm will set you apart. We’re looking for:
    • A passion for electronics and coding is a plus.
