Your role will take you into operating theatres, supporting complex procedures and ensuring successful adoption of innovative technologies, including robotics.You’ll have the freedom to define how we approach this market, influence strategy, and make a visible impact from day one. You will lead the charge in acquiring new customers in high-volume centres, develop tailored account plans, and collaborate with Account Managers and Area Business Managers to execute tactical sales strategies. From supporting tender submissions and pitches to driving new product launches, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of revision surgery. Alongside this, you will gather market intelligence, identify growth opportunities, and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders to strengthen our market position.What will you need to be successful?Success in this role means being a trusted partner to our customers and an ambassador for innovation. You’ll need:Proven sales experience within the pharmaceutical or medical devices sector, with strong expertise in orthopaedics, including revision procedures.A degree in Life Sciences, Business Management or an equivalent qualificationThe ability to work independently, travel extensively across your territory, and manage multiple prioritiesResilience, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative approach that inspires confidence in both customers and colleaguesYou.
