HOW WILL YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE?The Growth Marketing Specialist will drive measurable and commercially focused growth in Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and revenue through our Partnerships, Product, New Markets and Enterprise channels. The Growth Marketing Specialist will be responsible for: Generating new business revenue through high-value strategic partnerships, delivered through co-marketing, thought leadership, and joint demand-generation campaigns Generating new inbound revenue through Enterprise, new markets and product marketing strategies, achieved by increasing AOV, optimising conversion across existing markets, and strengthening the inbound funnel This role works cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales and external partners to identify growth opportunities, execute high-impact campaigns, and accelerate revenue generation at scale.
VARIED DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIESOwn the strategy and execution for driving inbound enterprise and new-market revenue through partnerships, product marketing, and demand generationIdentify, activate, and scale high-value marketing partnerships that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue impactLead integrated marketing programmes across content, digital, PR, and co-marketing to improve enterprise positioning and conversionDefine and optimise messaging, positioning, and the end-to-end customer journey across priority verticals and lifecycle stagesPartner with Product and Sales to deliver go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and sales enablement that support growthUse data, attribution, and performance insight to connect marketing activity to revenue outcomes and maximise ROICollaborate closely with Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Marketing leaders to ensure execution against shared revenue targetsOwn performance, delivery standards, and accountability for partnership, enterprise, and new-market inbound growth
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN A CANDIDATE?Circa 3 years of proven experience generating revenue through multi-channel campaigns and/or partnership-led programmesExperience increasing AOV, driving enterprise acquisition, and scaling inbound revenue channelsAbility to identify, close, and manage strategic partnerships delivering measurable commercial outcomesStrong analytical and optimisation skills with the ability to link marketing performance to revenue attributionPrevious experience in a B2B SaaS business (desired not essential)
