As we continue our ambitious growth plans, we will strive to remain a truly exciting, rewarding, and unique place to work. HOW WILL YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE?The Growth Marketing Specialist will drive measurable and commercially focused growth in Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and revenue through our Partnerships, Product, New Markets and Enterprise channels. The Growth Marketing Specialist will be responsible for: Generating new business revenue through high-value strategic partnerships, delivered through co-marketing, thought leadership, and joint demand-generation campaigns Generating new inbound revenue through Enterprise, new markets and product marketing strategies, achieved by increasing AOV, optimising conversion across existing markets, and strengthening the inbound funnel This role works cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales and external partners to identify growth opportunities, execute high-impact campaigns, and accelerate revenue generation at scale.
    VARIED DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIESOwn the strategy and execution for driving inbound enterprise and new-market revenue through partnerships, product marketing, and demand generationIdentify, activate, and scale high-value marketing partnerships that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue impactLead integrated marketing programmes across content, digital, PR, and co-marketing to improve enterprise positioning and conversionDefine and optimise messaging, positioning, and the end-to-end customer journey across priority verticals and lifecycle stagesPartner with Product and Sales to deliver go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and sales enablement that support growthUse data, attribution, and performance insight to connect marketing activity to revenue outcomes and maximise ROICollaborate closely with Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Marketing leaders to ensure execution against shared revenue targetsOwn performance, delivery standards, and accountability for partnership, enterprise, and new-market inbound growth
    WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN A CANDIDATE?Circa 3 years of proven experience generating revenue through multi-channel campaigns and/or partnership-led programmesExperience increasing AOV, driving enterprise acquisition, and scaling inbound revenue channelsAbility to identify, close, and manage strategic partnerships delivering measurable commercial outcomesStrong analytical and optimisation skills with the ability to link marketing performance to revenue attributionPrevious experience in a B2B SaaS business (desired not essential)

While the customer experience is best-in-class, the employee journey- including everyday interactions-needs to match that standard.
    This role will hold a lot of visibility across the whole business, ensuring that every touchpoint in the employee lifecycle is efficient, intuitive, and engaging. This person will be streamlining People processes to create a high-impact experience for employees. There is a real focus on ensuring that the operational foundation of People is scalable, data-driven, and innovative. You will continuously review our People processes, ensuring they are intuitive and efficient and updating when necessary. You will be able to take People operations to the next level, freeing up capacity for teams and improving the employee experience.
    VARIED DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIESReview our People processes automating them where possible and amending them to improve the employee experience.Maintain and update employee records in HRIS, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data regulations and company policies. Handle confidential employee information in accordance with company policies and regulations.Acting as the system administrator lead for HRIS system. Being central to the implementation of new systems and system modules, releases and updates. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials, setting up accounts, and ensuring all required documents are completed.Manage offboarding processes for exiting employees, including conducting exit interviews if required and ensuring the return of company assets.Prepare and assist in internal reports, audits, and other compliance documentation.Provide administrative support in organising employee engagement programmes and events.Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding our policies, benefits, and workplace procedures.Support the coordination of training sessions and development initiatives for employees.Assist in processing payroll and benefits administration, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and verified.Supporting the Talent Acquisition Business Partner as required in attraction, selection and recruitment activities
    WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN A CANDIDATE?Proven experience (~2 years) in a HR Admin capacity with understanding of HR processes and documentation - HR/Employee Relations experience is not requiredStrong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and can contribute positively to a small, close-knit team.Demonstrated ability to work effectively across departments and build strong working relationships throughout the business.Quick thinker with the ability to respond calmly and efficiently to changing priorities or unexpected challenges.Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing tasks.Effective time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proactive mindset with a willingness to make suggestions and think outside the box to streamline and improve HR processesExcel and reporting knowledge i.e. ability to use formulas such as countif, Vlookup and moreComfortable with basic maths - as part of the role you may need to calculate holidays, and adjustments to working hours etc
