    Ensure efficient file management including adherence to timescales, compliance with precedents, letters or documents on the case management system with appropriate supervision.     Minimise write offs and case closures due to AWOL client’s and pro-active housekeeping including prompt closure of files, dealing with ledger enquires and processing write offs
    Ensure timely and accurate completion of drafting of legal documents, in particular, court documents, preparing schedules, creating files, proof reading and briefing counsel. Researches and applies an understanding of the law within own Practice Group.


    About You:


    Previous experience of running RTA fast track cases
    A thorough understanding of the litigation processes is essential.
    Ability to assess and review medical reports of various disciplines.
    Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite and relevant practice and business IT/case management systems
    Previous experience (dependant on the seniority of role required) of managing cases within their area of expertise
    Attention to detail
    Excellent time management and organisational skills
    Ability to work under pressure and prioritise work from various stakeholders
    Outstanding communication skills
    Ability to meet monthly financial targets and key performance indicators.
