Job Summary Assisted Lives provides Care and Support Services to assist people from all walks of life to greater choice, independence and control over their own lives.
The Care Support Worker will require you to undertake, with guidance and support, the tasks necessary to enable Service Users to maintain everyday living skills or to acquire new skills.

Main Responsibilities • Assist in the preparation and implementation of a range of daily activities as directed by senior Assisted Lives staff or by Service Users as part of an agreed care plan.
• Assist in meeting the personal care needs of Assisted Lives Service Users including assistance with eating, toileting, bathing, dealing with incontinence or shopping and other household tasks.
• Personal care includes washing, dressing, bathing, toileting and medication monitoring and/or assistance.
Essential Skills • Current, UK full driving license and access to a vehicle with business insurance.
• Ability to partake in identified Assisted Lives tasks, as lifting is required such as carrying shopping bags (walking to shops or supermarkets)
• Move equipment or small items of furniture as we provide a cleaning and shopping services.
