Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality personal care and support to clients in their own homes
• Assist with daily living activities, including washing, dressing, and mobility
• Support clients with medication in line with care plans and company policies
• Prepare light meals and assist with nutrition and hydration
• Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing at all times
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes in clients’ conditions
• Travel between client locations within the London area
• Adhere to safeguarding procedures, health and safety standards, and care regulations
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care coordinators
Requirements
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Right to work in the UK
• Availability for full-time work, including flexibility for shifts
• Previous experience in domiciliary or social care (preferred, not essential)
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional approach to care
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Commitment to safeguarding, confidentiality, and high care standards
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check
• Ability to travel within the London area in own transport
