Duties and responsibilities within the role include: Analyse drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Engage with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to secure competitive pricing. Works closely with the Design Managers, Quantity Surveyors and Contracts Managers to ensure accurate cost planning. Assemble cost plans from concept through tender to handover to the Project Surveyors. Monitor industry trends, pricing and supply chain factors which could impact project costs. Who are we looking for? Proven experience as a Estimator in main/principal contractor construction on single stage and two stage tenders.
