What we're looking for Proven payroll experience within a multi-site or complex organisation. Experience working with an outsourced payroll bureau. Strong HR/payroll systems experience, ideally Fourth. Experience administering pensions and employee benefits. Knowledge of payroll legislation, apprenticeship levy and gender pay gap reporting. Strong reporting and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. Confidence working with senior stakeholders and external providers. A proactive approach to improving systems and processes. Experience with travel management platforms such as Roomex would be advantageous. Why this role?
