We are on a mission to help power the future more sustainably. But don't just take our word for it, we are the only B-Corp Certified ICP in the world.
We’re part of powering the UK’s energy transition with innovative high and low voltage electrical solutions up to 400kV. From EV charging to renewables and commercial projects, we design, deliver, and maintain networks with sustainability and efficiency at heart. Join us to drive change and make an impact!
    This role:

    ·       Support the Operations Director in managing delivery performance across the Major Projects portfolio.

    ·       Ensure robust project control frameworks are maintained including programme management, risk management, change control, and reporting.
    ·       Oversee project financial performance including cost control, forecasting, margin protection, and change management.
    ·       Work collaboratively with the Commercial team to manage contractual obligations, variations, and compensation events.
    ·       Establish, maintain and develop strong mutually beneficial relationships with key stakeholders including clients, developers, DNOs, National Grid, landowners, and delivery partners.
    ·       Provide senior operational and technical guidance across hv project delivery including substations, HV cable installations, and commissioning activities.
    ·       Ensure projects comply with CDM Regulations, ENA standards, BS7671, NERS accreditation requirements, and company SHEQ policies.
    ·       Provide leadership and mentoring to Senior Project Managers and Project Managers, and across the wider team, supporting capability development across the team.
    ·       Champion and drive continuous improvement across project delivery processes to enhance safety, efficiency, and overall project performance.
