    The Role

    We are looking for a Business Support Co-Ordinator t o deliver exceptional administrative and co ordination  activities, with a focus on enhancing the efficiency of the project life cycle through acting as the key contact and support throughout the project lifecycle.

    An idea of what  you'll be doing:    

    You'll be the first point of contact for project enquiries through all communication channels.
    You'll be creating   and maintaining accurate project management trackers.
    You'll be liaising with relevant operational managers and project leads to schedule suitable resource and coordinate suitable travel and accommodation. 
    You'll actively partake in relevant meetings to gain understanding of the support required for each project.
    You'll be liaising with external parties to apply for and arrange permits for assigned projects from inception to closure.
    You'll be creating and submitting pre-energisation documentation.
    You'll use internal management and reporting tools to produce and submit project closure documentation.
    You'll be communicating with key internal and external stakeholders, providing   routine updates and reports at an operational and commercial level   to enhance client experience.
    You'll be requesting, raising and chasing invoices for ongoing works, liaising with Finance to ensure payment terms are fulfilled.

    You'll be a successful Business Support Coordinator if you....
    Working collaboratively  to support the successful delivery of projects.

    Effectively using productivity and collaboration software such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint etc. across multiple platforms such as smart phones, tablets, laptops etc.

    Workflow Management Systems, including but not limited to raising purchase orders, receipting goods and overall understanding of financial process.

    Remaining calm and efficient when working in a fast-paced environment with tight timeframesAble to adapt to changes in priorities maintaining effective management of expectations

    This role:

    We’re looking for a Marketing Executive with a key focus on written storytelling and copywriting, to support the marketing function, promote the company brand and assist in executing the communication and marketing strategy. This person will play a key role in creating business development assets – including press releases, news articles, blog content, and pitch decks – that bring our brand to life through words and visual storytelling.

    While broad marketing experience is valued, we’re especially looking for someone who can help fill a gap in written content marketing – complementing the skills of our existing team. This role may work more closely with the business development team and requires a sharp eye for design, particularly in presentation building.

    An idea of what you’ll be doing:

    • Create and manage regular content for all marketing channels including asset creation / management - case studies, web sites, pitch decks.

    • Produce video and photographic content, proficient in capturing, editing and publishing.

    • Assist with administering the Company website.

    • Create high quality print and digital artwork.

    • Develop, promote and support the management of all social media, keeping ahead of the new opportunities to market and develop our brand.

    • Assist in promotions and campaigns and attend events as necessary.

    • Produce briefs and presentations for creative, digital and PR.

    • Contribute new and innovative ideas for marketing and promotional ideas.

    • Measure marketing effectiveness both internally and externally, collating information from ROI and reporting and/or presenting on the results.

    • Working with Senior management to advise on and develop best strategies for targeted marketing campaigns.

    • Help establish a clear market proposition and ensure the brand always reflects this.

    • Support all business development activities.

    Requirements

    You’ll have a proven track record of:

    • Strong written communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives across formats (articles, pitch decks, press releases).

    • Creative with an artistic flair.

    • Confident in the use of the full adobe creative suite.

    • Excellent attention to detail within a fast-paced environment whilst demonstrating a collaborative and positive ‘can do’ attitude.

    • Excellent understanding of how to interpret data from tools such as Google Analytics.

    Drive sustainable financial growth through boosting contracts and forging strong relationships with clients.
