Your Mission:Your immediate mission is to transform Meta into a primary growth engine for Simple Online Healthcare. We are looking for an execution-heavy specialist to take full ownership of the channel, with a clear 90-day mandate: scale Meta to account for ~15% of all new customer acquisition.
This is a hands-on, high-intensity role. While long-term channel health is important, your initial success will be defined by learning velocity and rapid scaling. You will sit at the center of creative, data and CRO, holding the ‘kill-switch’ and the testing roadmap to ensure every pound of spend is working toward aggressive acquisition targets. What you will be doing:Deliver the 90-Day Mandate: Lead the rapid scale-up of Meta ads to reach the ~15% new acquisition milestone, prioritizing directional CAC and volume over perfect attribution in the early stages.Own the Testing & Execution Engine: You are the lead architect of the weekly testing cycle. You will set the hypotheses, define the variables, and establish the priorities that the creative team executes against.Exercise Budget & Kill-Switch Authority: You have the autonomy and responsibility to pause underperforming tests and reallocate spend in real-time. Speed is our competitive advantage; you are expected to make quick, data-backed calls to protect efficiency.Drive Creative Performance: Partner with the Creative Strategist to translate performance data into "winning" briefs. You aren't just looking at clicks; you are looking for the hooks and offers that lower CAC at scale.Prioritize Learning Velocity: In the early phase, you will focus on high-cadence experimentation. While we value incrementality, your immediate focus is on ‘Learning-to-Scale’ - identifying winning clusters and doubling down fast.Reporting & Analysis: Build transparent, weekly reporting that connects Meta spend to business impact (CAC, ROAS, and Contribution Margin), using tools like Triple Whale or Hyros to guide directional decision-making.First 90 Days Priorities:Aggressive Testing: Establish a weekly "ship-to-learn" cadence to identify the creative angles that unlock scale.Acquisition Growth: Achieve the ~15% total new acquisition target through Meta.Efficiency Baseline: Stabilize directional CAC to allow for sustained budget increases. What we're looking for:‘In-the-Platform’ experience: You must be a power user of Meta Ads Manager with a proven track record of scaling budgets from five to six (or seven) figures.Bias for Action: You prefer moving fast and iterating over lengthy strategic planning. You understand that in a high-growth environment, ‘done’ is better than ‘perfect’.Decision-Making Confidence: You are comfortable holding the ‘kill-switch’ and making high-stakes budget reallocations based on early performance signals.Growth-Centric Analytics: Proficiency with Looker, Google Analytics, and attribution platforms (Triple Whale/Hyros). You know how to find the ‘truth’ in the data to justify scaling up.High-Intensity Spirit: You thrive when the pressure is on and the targets are clear.Excellent communication and collaboration skills B2C / DTC experienceBonus if you have:A background or interest in fitness, health, or lifestyle brandSalary: £50k - £60kPlease note that we are unable to offer sponsorship for this position.
