    Job Title: Warehouse FLT Driver (nights only)Location: Stoke on TrentSalary: £14.58 to £15.21 per hour (rates vary by shift times)Hours: Monday to Friday – 20:30 to 06:00 (TBC by line manager)Compensation:Noon - 18:00 - 22:00 - £14.58/hourNights - 22:00 - 06:00 - £15.21/hour
    Key duties & Responsibilities:The role will entail the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of all customers’ goods to ensure they are received and dispatched appropriately and productivity to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Unloading and loading cargo to and from warehouse and vehicles by using a forklift truck, pallet truck VNA MHE or by hand.Loading international groupage trailers in accordance with loading plans Pick and pack orders to ensure they are delivered on time and in full.Wrap and unwrap of goods.Stock managementCheck loads for damaged or missing items upon receiptKeep careful records of everything that comes in and goes out of the warehouse
    Key Skills and Qualifications to succeed in this role:Applicants must have worked in a logistics/warehouse environment before and have previous loading/unloading vehicles and experience of operating Counterbalance Forklift truck.Counterbalance Forklift Truck Driving licence is essentialPrevious experience in loading international groupage trailers would be an advantageOrder pick and stock countBasic numeracy, literacy and computer skillsAbility to function well as part of a teamDiligent attention to detail and attention to safetyAbility to work under pressurePunctual, reliable and professional

    Key duties & Responsibilities:·Arrange cargo collections across Europe and take cargo bookings from customers·Liaise with European partners and agencies, building strong service relationships·Check and verify commercial invoices·Liaise with customers, internal customs teams, warehouse teams and in-house transport·Quote for European import shipments and arrange domestic delivery notes for transport·Ensure effective internal communication between Customs, Transport and Warehouse teams·Accurately enter shipment details, charges and costs into the Transport Management System (TMS)·Prepare unloading lists for the warehouse and ensure customer service objectives are achieved·Maintain a full understanding of ISO and AEO systems·Apply hazardous goods knowledge where required·Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely mannerRespond to customer communications via email and telephone

    Job Title: HGV Class 2 DriverLocation: Stoke on TrentSalary: £32,760 per annumHours: Full Time 45 hours per week (Day shift)
    Key duties & Responsibilities:·Delivery and collection of customers’ freight as assigned by the Transport Office to and from various locations and regions·Multi-drop delivery and collections·Supervise the loading of your vehicle so that products are safely loaded and secured to minimise chances of damage·Ensure the correct goods and quantity of goods are loaded and unloaded·Plan you day and route in the most cost and operationally effective manner·Present, process and return customers Delivery Notes·Secure and return Proof of Delivery advice notes (POD) electronic and/or manual·Inform the Transport Office of any delays to or whilst at work·Maintain your vehicle (inside and out) in a clean and very tidy condition·Refuel your vehicle daily in accordance with Company Procedure
