    Position Summary We are looking for a Triage Analyst to join us in an embedded role for a global communications platform client. In this role, you will manage escalation processes related to online extremist content and behaviours, ensuring timely and accurate communication to key internal client stakeholders. You will support with the identification of content and/or users requiring further investigation, and provide insights to inform quality and process improvements. You will adhere strongly to established performance targets and metrics. As an Embedded Triage Analyst, you will apply good judgment to identify flagged content that requires escalation and utilize your expertise in extremism and violent threat actor trends to assist in creating training materials. You will also manage requests through the client’s ticketing system and leveraging data-driven dashboards, investigative tools, and AI-enabled solutions to deliver high-quality outcomes. This is a fully remote role, with the potential for periodic visits to the client’s EMEA office in Amsterdam. The position follows a Tuesday-Saturday schedule, working core hours of 9 am - 6 pm. There may be an occasional need to work out-of-hours during emergencies and time-sensitive matters.  Essential Functions / Responsibilities  Review and enforce escalations from moderation sites and internal client functions, using relevant tools and in strong adherence to performance metrics Identify targets for additional investigation, leveraging knowledge of indicators of extremist violence Identify areas to improve escalation quality and enforcement guidance for business processing outsourcing (BPO) sites Work cross-functionally to communicate extremism trends to inform training material and process improvement Review and tag results of violent extremism detection models, enforcing appropriately, and escalating critical-harm content for investigation by senior analysts Handle time-sensitive escalations and alerts with precise accuracy Be an effective member of a small team, focused on the delivery of high-impact services Other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Understanding of online extremist environments and violent threat actor behaviours Experience working with data-based dashboards and reporting tools Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to apply complex guidelines while considering context and nuance Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritise work based on risk and impact Ability to independently manage work aligned with agreed performance targets and metrics Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across time zones and cultures Confident working under pressure with the ability to maintain composure, attention to detail, and accuracy while managing competing priorities and urgent demands Ability to maintain the highest levels of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality while handling sensitive information Strong written and verbal communication skills Qualifications Approximately 1-3 years of prior experience in the field of monitoring online extremism and violent actor trends Bachelor’s degree in Conflict Studies, Terrorism Studies, Criminology, Intelligence, Security, or related field, or equivalent professional experience Fluency in English (both written and verbal) Additional language capabilities preferred (particularly German, French, Spanish, Polish or Russian) Experience working in teams focused on Content Moderation, Trust & Safety, or other roles involving policy identification, application, and utilisation of a ticketing system (preferred) Experience with data-based dashboards and business intelligence tooling, such as Looker, Tableau, Mode, as well as ticketing systems, such as Zendesk (preferred) Familiarity with online social communication platforms (preferred) Understanding of extremist behaviours in relation to gaming-related communities (preferred) Full existing authorisation to live and work in the UK

    About the Role We are looking for an Intelligence Analyst to join us in an embedded role for our global transport and logistics client. You will be based in the client’s Threat Intelligence function, and contributing to daily open source monitoring, geopolitical strategic intelligence assessments, and crisis response.  As an Embedded Intelligence Analyst, you will deliver tailored strategic intelligence assessments, including threat analysis, horizon scanning, and stakeholder briefings, while also providing guidance on event security. You will also support with monitoring, analysing and advising the client on adverse developments globally that could affect the operational continuity and reputation of the business. Such developments include but are not limited to supply chain disruption, regulatory and policy changes, and geopolitical and security risks. You will also support with crisis response, providing live monitoring, rapid assessments and scenario planning. This is a fully remote role, working core hours Monday to Friday, with occasional out-of-hours work for emergencies and time-sensitive matters. The role requires occasional travel, primarily to Copenhagen every three months.  Responsibilities Monitor online sources to gather and analyse information that could impact the client’s people, assets, operations and reputation globally Maintain an indicators log for high-profile events and evolving threats to support decision-making on escalation and mobilisation Utilise all available resources - including open sources and vendor feeds - to create tailored, high-impact, actionable insights and recommendations Deliver regular and bespoke intelligence products to forecast tactical and strategic risks in key locations Support crisis management teams during ongoing incidents, including through live monitoring, assessment updates and after-action reviews Support event and personnel security by delivering threat assessments for large and/or high-profile events  Provide situational updates to senior stakeholders during incidents/crises Build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders Develop deep knowledge of the client’s business operations and interests to better understand its requirements, concerns and needs Implement the latest techniques, tools and best practices to support innovation in a threat intelligence function Perform any other reasonable tasks requested by the client Requirements Experience, knowledge and interest in current affairs, international relations and emerging security threats, with expertise in intelligence analysis, geopolitical analysis and/or security risk analysis 3-5 years of experience in a corporate security setting or similar public or private sector environments Experience conducting OSINT monitoring and analysis Ability to research and sift through large amounts of information to produce concise, objective and actionable analysis and insights in accordance with tight deadlines Ability to prioritise and manage multiple scheduled tasks, requests and sources of information in an organised way and under minimal guidance Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment Excellent English written and spoken communication skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to present on complex topics coherently and in a straightforward manner Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills and interpersonal abilities Deep interest and broad understanding of world affairs Must have the right to work in the UK  Nice to have Undergraduate or Postgraduate qualifications in International Security, Intelligence, Risk, Geopolitics or other related disciplines, or equivalent professional experience Experience in the supply chain and logistics industry, and / or activism and event / site security  Experience supporting crisis management

    Position Summary We’re building Sibylline’s core data and intelligence platform to ingest, process, and visualise data to support real-world corporate security and risk decision-making. We’re now looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to help shape the next phase of the platform, with a particular focus on data ingestion, visualisation, and applied AI. This is a hands-on senior role working across the stack: pulling data in through pipelines and APIs, building robust backend services, and turning complex information into intuitive, high-impact user interfaces. You’ll also have the opportunity to work with modern LLMs and AI-driven features as part of the platform’s evolution. This is a remote role with standard hours of 9 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday. You must be based in the UK, requiring occasional travel to London.
