Maintain and update brand launch calendars and launch matrices, ensuring accurate and timely visibility of all initiatives. Coordinate internal orders required for launches, campaigns and retailer activations. Assist with post‑campaign analysis and key gifting period reporting, contributing insights for UK and EMEA stakeholders. Support the creation and delivery of marketing materials for product launches and customer activations (e.g. POS, posters, hand‑out cards). Conduct regular market and competitor analysis, including store checks, launch mapping and pricing reviews to support brand strategy. Assist in preparing presentations and brand decks for internal meetings, retailer updates and strategic reviews. Manage and distribute samples, testers and campaign assets to internal teams, agencies and retail partners. Support the coordination of in‑store activations, retail animations and events, ensuring all materials and assets are delivered and executed on time. Prepare monthly marketing and business performance reports for internal stakeholders and EMEA. Work cross‑functionally with Commercial, PR, Supply and Demand to deliver aligned, multichannel activation. Support digital campaign execution by coordinating media assets and assisting with customer journey elements, including sampling campaigns. Provide Education Team support, including coordinating training materials and attending retailer training conferences when required. Support internal communication through updating marketing summaries, asset libraries, shared drives and documentation. Contribute to additional ad hoc projects aligned with the commercial and strategic objectives of the fragrance portfolio.     Administration Liaise with Shiseido EMEA to request imagery, assets and product information, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Monitor and manage stock levels for marketing use, including press send‑outs, retailer requests, events and internal needs. Coordinate with Operations and courier partners to raise orders, manage shipments and track delivery status. Deliver elevated level of service and artistry skill to customers through service menu. Achieve personal goals and targets set on a daily basis Follow direction of NARS Lead Artist & Events Manager for event calendar focuses and attend development sessions set out to provide skills required to deliver the quarterly events strategy. Identify external partnerships opportunities to reach a new customer base outside of store.
