This is a hands-on, varied role within a busy marketing team, covering everything from social media and content to campaign delivery and performance reporting across multiple brands and sites. The Role You will assist in the planning, creation and delivery of multi-channel marketing activity across a diverse portfolio of allocated brands. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, award-winning environment where no two days are the same. What you'll do Plan, create, and schedule content across social media, website, and other digital channels for multiple brands. Support the delivery of marketing campaigns from brief through to execution and reporting. Assist with the planning and promotion of events, launches, and site activity across the group. Monitor and report on campaign and channel performance. Liaise with external agencies and suppliers on advertising, print, and digital media. Support brand consistency across all customer touchpoints, sites, and brands. Work closely with sales and aftersales teams to align marketing activity with business priorities. Collaborate with the wider marketing team and assist when required. What you'll bring Degree in Marketing / Digital Marketing / Business At least 1 year's experience in a marketing role, agency, or relevant placement we're open to strong graduates as well as more experienced candidates. Strong written communication skills and an eye for detail. Confident using social media platforms and basic content creation tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, or similar). Hands-on experience managing Meta paid advertising campaigns through Ads Manager Some experience with website CMS platforms or email marketing tools is an advantage. We are seeking a driven and commercially astute General Manager to lead and inspire our Portadown site. The Role The General Manager will be Centre Principal for Toyota and have overall responsibility for the leadership and management of the assigned dealerships in the Portadown site, Nissan, AutoSelect and Renault as well as group functions such as Valet and Sales Administration. Location: Portadown About you This role is suited to someone who has substantial experience in leading a team in a large organisation, within the motor-industry. People Targets & objectives Reporting to the COO, you will work closely with the sales and aftersales departments to help achieve business objectives including manufacturer and financial targets. General duties Strategically reviews performance across the assigned dealerships and identifies future trends & opportunities. Agrees and implements departmental budgets and assigned dealership objectives, regularly monitoring performance against the budget and addressing any adverse trends with the appropriate corrective action Build and maintain relationships with manufacturers, customers and staff teams by understanding their requirements and exceeding their expectations Monitors the performance of the management team, using key measures and supporting them to management and coach their respective teams Manages the Portadown site, facilities, equipment, ensuring the highest standard of compliance in respect to the environment, quality and health and safety. Respond to customer queries and requests efficiently, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless handover and delivery processes The Person The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of excellent administration with at least two years sales administrative experience, preferably in the automotive industry. This role will suit someone with a genuine desire to offer excellent customer service. Given the nature of the job the ability to process information accurately and efficiently is essential. Candidates should demonstrate an ability to communicate effectively with others and have excellent knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office applications.
