We are working with a leading energy company who are at the forefront of energy reduction for commercial and domestic properties. They are now looking to expand their workforce in London and appoint a Field Team Leader within SMART. You will need to have proven experience in team management and/or leadership. Dual fuel experience is required to understand process, regulations and targets. The team is spread across all London postcodes and you must be prepared to travel to each location as and when required. Candidates will need to live in one of the following post codes to be considered N, E, SE, SW and W (Greater London). The salary is £41,500 plus £5,000 London Weighting. You will also receive a £1000 loyalty bonus per annum and £150/per month for over 70% completion by the team and a further £150/per month for all WIP's completed (4 meters per engineer). JBRP1_UKTJ

We are currently recruiting for a Gas Contract Manager to manage Engineers throughout and on the outskirts of Hertfordshire. The positions will be employed by a company who has been trading for nearly 30 years and is a specialist within the heating and maintenance industry. Your duties will include: Management of a team of gas engineers who are conducting repair and servicing on gas appliances and boilers at residential properties Ensuring full compliance with all aspects of Health and Safety and Gas Safety regulations On-board and induct new gas engineers as required Build positive working relationships with both clients and internal support teams to provide excellent service You will be working Monday-Friday and travelling to meet the Engineers and deal with any issues that have arisen. The salary is initially £40,000 and rises to £41,600 per annum after 6 month probation. You will also receive an EV company car too as part of the package and a company laptop. You need to have the following experience to be considered: Valid UK driving licence Proven and extensive experience of working in the gas industry Experience in heating installation and upgrade work Current ACS qualification (and gas safe registered) Management/supervisory experience JBRP1_UKTJ

They are currently seeking an accredited Retrofit Assessor who can join the team in the local area carrying out assessments for properties which qualify for works under the GBIS (Great British Insulation Scheme). You will be working locally, attending domestic properties, and carrying out retrofit assessment and energy surveys. You will be tasked of taking photos and documenting each assessment to then provide reports to the retrofit coordinator. The company currently use ECMK or Elmhurst Software for their surveys, however the company can pay to get you accredited if you are not currently under one of these bodies. You will have ongoing training and support to develop you professionally and personally. Requirements: Accredited Retrofit Assessor Accredited DEA. Experience of working in the housing sector with experience carrying out retrofit assessments.
