    I am on the seach for a Hearing Aid Dispenser / Audiologist (HCPC Qualified) for the BLACKBURN/BURNLEY AREA 

    This role requires all applicants to be eligible to work within the UK / EU without restriction. Unfortunately,  Visa sponsorship  is not avaiilable at this time. You will be responsible for: Conducting hearing tests for potential customers in accordance with the HCPC standards of proficiency and HCPC standards of performance, conduct and ethics, and BSHAA code of practice and BSHAA guidelines Advising on and selling suitable remedial hearing solutions as a result of testing in accordance with the HCPC standards, care of practice and guidelines Processing orders and carrying out other administrative tasks in accordance with Company requirements Delivering excellent aftersales service, responding to service calls and resolving issues and queries in a timely and professional manner You will be employed on a permanent contract, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm, although some flexibility with working hours in accordance with business needs will be required.     I’m currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity with a well-established, patient-focused hearing care provider operating across the Winnersh and Wokingham areas. This role would suit a motivated Audiologist who is passionate about delivering exceptional, personalised care and is looking for a supportive, flexible working environment.
    Why This Role?
    You’ll be joining a highly experienced, empathetic, and forward-thinking audiology service led by a clinician with over 17 years of industry expertise. The clinic is built on the foundations of giving patients time, care, and genuine ongoing support—far removed from the time-pressured environments many Audiologists experience.
    You’ll work with a fully equipped clinic, modern technology, and a remote administrator who manages bookings, pre-qualification, and patient queries—allowing you to focus entirely on clinical excellence. The Role Position: Audiologist Working Pattern: 3 days per week (with options to increase to 4–5 days, or work 4 longer days including weekends) Typical Hours: 09:00–17:30 (1-hour lunch) or 09:00–17:00 (30-minute lunch) Locations: Winnersh (main clinic), plus Wokingham as required Your day will be a varied mix of: Hearing tests (1.5-hour appointments, including demos) Wax removal (25–30 minutes per appointment) Aftercare and ongoing patient support Occasional outreach/referral activity You’ll work with diagnostic tools such as audiometers, video otoscope, REM, QuickSIN and tympanometry—with training available if required. What You’ll Need Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Audiologist (private experience preferred) RHAD qualification Wax removal experience (microsuction & irrigation) Microsuction: minimum 2 years’ experience Irrigation training can be provided Strong communication and people skills A patient-first mindset with commercial awareness Driving is beneficial but not essential.     You’ll have freedom to offer a full range of hearing aids from major manufacturers, including:
    Resound GN, Starkey, Signia, Phonak and Unitron.
    Price range typically £1,800 – £3,500, with premium options up to £5,000.
    A trial period is offered with no obligation to purchase.

    You will: Help 7 patients every day, visiting them in their own homes or between 14-16 patients, visiting them in their care home. Appointments are longer than you would get on the high street, allowing you time to form better relationships with your patients and deliver gold-standard customer care. Be trusted to make autonomous decisions and valued for your expertise. Although you will never be on your own as you can get support or a second opinion in minutes from our senior optometrist team at head office.
