    My client Initially started in 1932 the group now operates an impressive 18 practices as well as a manufacturing and wholesale site.

    Today they follow the same standards of personal and professional service with great attention to detail.

    Over the last 4 years they have introduced hearing care services in most of their branches and have significant growth plans for more audiology clinics.

    From hearing checks to wax removal and trials of the latest hearing aid technology you will be able to offer independent, impartial advice to your patients.

    You will be focused on providing a complete p​​​atient pathway and have a holistic approach for all your patients offering them a whole hearing solution to meet their every day needs.

    You will need:

    To be patient focused and always put patient needs
    To be fully qualified and HCPC registered
    To have demonstable expereince of working to KPI's and a good sales track record
    To be experienced working within the private sector of hearing care
    To hold a full Uk driving licence and be willing to travel to different clinics
    To be self motivated with a hunger to grow and develop personally and professionally
    To be able to work collaboratively with the Optical team to maximise patient care for ears and eyes
    Ideally wax removal trained using Loops or Endoscopes- although training will be provided


    You will receive

    Basic salary £40k - £55k Depending on experience
    Bonus structure with no time limits
    Pension
    20 days holiday increases over time

ProvidingĀ counseling and education to patients on the proper use and care of hearing aids. Monitoring patients' progress and make adjustments or modifications to hearing aids as needed. CollaboratingĀ with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans for patients with hearing disorders. Staying updated on the latest advancements in audiology and hearing aid technology.

    I am on the seach forĀ a Hearing Aid Dispenser / Audiologist (HCPC Qualified) for the BLACKBURN/BURNLEYĀ AREAĀ 

    This role requires all applicants to be eligible to work within the UK / EU without restriction. Unfortunately,  Visa sponsorship  is not avaiilable at this time. You will be responsible for: Conducting hearing tests for potential customers in accordance with the HCPC standards of proficiency and HCPC standards of performance, conduct and ethics, and BSHAA code of practice and BSHAA guidelines Advising on and selling suitable remedial hearing solutions as a result of testing in accordance with the HCPC standards, care of practice and guidelines Processing orders and carrying out other administrative tasks in accordance with Company requirements Delivering excellent aftersales service, responding to service calls and resolving issues and queries in a timely and professional manner You will be employed on a permanent contract, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm, although some flexibility with working hours in accordance with business needs will be required. You will receive: A high basic salary of £37,062 A competitive commission and bonus scheme designed to reward excellent patient care.
