    I am working in partnership with an independent, entrepreneurial, retail audiology company that has experienced double-digit growth in the last few years. I am searching for audiologists who pride themselves in delivering  market-leading hearing care and assist as many patients as possible by giving exceptional, highly professional, up-front service and after care. My client is  embarking on the next, ambitious phase of their  growth strategy, in which and will expand from a £3M a year business to a £10M-£15M business over the next five years.

    My client prides themselves in putting the patient experience at the heart of what they do, offering every patient the time they need to get the results they want; ensuring great attention to detail and customer care, cutting edge equipment, bespoke consultation rooms and a forensic focus on hearing.

    You will be working with a company who has an an in-house training academy, where they upskill all staff, including, if necessary, the training required to offer paediatric audiologist services.  You will be resposnsible for: Guiding your patients through the full audiology care journey Identifying and diagnosing hearing loss Treating hearing difficulties Performing wax removal/irrigation or , manual extraction, referring to appropriate medical specialists as required Offering hearing packages and their accompanying reports, as well as assessment and reporting for medical legal purposes. You will need: Several years’ experience with another commercial provider Demonstrable, or latent, sales skills.  To have a ‘can-do’ attitude and a demonstrable willingness to work as part of a team Be committed to excellence in every aspect of its work.
