As our Field Marketing Lead, you are the architect of our offline community. Your goal is to turn "Land" into "Expand" by creating high-value touchpoints that move our customers from initial users to lifelong advocates. You will own the physical stage, from intimate C-suite dinners to our flagship User Days, ensuring every interaction feels as innovative as our technology.What you'll be doingCustomer Advocacy Programs: Design and execute our Customer Advisory Board (CAB), turning our most influential users into strategic partners who shape our product roadmap.Intimate Executive Events: Own the end-to-end strategy for "Land and Expand" breakfasts, dinners or workshops. You’ll curate the guest list with Sales/CS and create environments where our customers can share digital transformation wins.Flagship User Days: Lead the annual User Day, shifting it from a "training session" to a high-production "Innovation Summit" that celebrates customer success and reveals new expansion opportunities.High-Impact Tradeshows: Move beyond the "booth and a banner." You will curate Sensat’s presence at major industry shows, focusing on speaking slots, live demos, and VIP fringe events.Bridge to Sales & CS: Work daily with BDRs and Account Managers to identify which accounts are ready for a "nudge" via a field activity.Your support ecosystemYou aren't a "team of one." You’ll be working with a specialised marketing machine:Content & video: You’ll work with the content strategist and videographer to capture live testimonials at your events to fuel the next campaign.Design & brand: Our marketing designer will ensure your event environments look world-class.Operations: marTech/ops support you on handling the backend (invites, RSVP tracking, and attribution) so you can focus on the guest experience.Demand: Our digital growth lead and BDR will help you drive the right traffic to your event and post event follow-upWhat you'll bringAn orchestrator: You have 4+ years in Field Marketing or Customer Marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS or civil infrastructure.Builds relationships: You’re comfortable talking "Digital Twins" with a CTO over dinner and "Site Productivity" with a Project Manager on a construction site.ROI obsessive: You understand that an event isn't successful because it looked "nice" or was well attended , it’s successful because it accelerated a deal or expanded an account.High-agency: You don't wait for a playbook; you write it. You are comfortable managing a budget and negotiating with external vendors.Technically fluent & agile: You aren't afraid of the stack. You know how to leverage modern tools to create 'mind-blowing' digital-to-physical experiences and can pivot your strategy in 24 hours if a market opportunity shifts.A brand ambassador: You are as comfortable on a stage or a webinar as you are behind the scenes.
