    Creative Assembly is looking for Audience Research & Insights Manager, who will work with a network of teams who all contribute towards building and maintaining Creative Assembly's understanding of Audience, including Brand, Player Experience, User Research(UXR), Game Analytics & Community. You will monitor and use insight from all these sources and more to maintain a deep and holistic understanding of the dynamics of key audience cohorts. You will also work closely with the Consumer Insight team at SEGA.A critical aspect of the role will be to use your experience and technical knowledge to recommend, plan, facilitate, oversee and share findings from market and consumer research and other resources. You will also champion the value of audience insight, educating and helping others to navigate the pitfalls, nuance and complexity of working with various methodologies and data sources in an irresponsible and rigorous way.
