The work is varied and engaging, involving telephone and video interviews, evidence gathering, and liaising with policyholders, contractors, suppliers, and external agencies such as the police. You’ll be expected to plan and conduct investigations, produce well-structured statements, and prepare detailed reports with clear recommendations for insurers.
