Job Description
You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:Welcoming and assisting staff, visitors, and contractors.Conducting regular safety and security patrols.Ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures.Analysing complex financial data to support budgeting, forecasting, and cost management across global operations.Preparing, reviewing, and auditing annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly financial reports.Ensuring accuracy and compliance across invoices, expense reports, and financial documentation.Supporting financial governance by identifying risks, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.Providing clear, actionable insights to stakeholders through detailed analysis, modelling, and reporting.Maintaining meticulous financial records, ensuring transparency and smooth handovers across the finance programme. Qualifications
What we’re looking for:We’re looking for someone who sees a different world—someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. Ideally, you’ll have:Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable historyStrong financial analysis skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and data interpretation.Advanced proficiency with Microsoft tools, especially Excel, Power BI, and other financial systems.The right to work in the UK, with the ability to pass all required background and security checks.A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; further education in finance, business, or accounting is highly desirable.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial insights clearly to non‑financial stakeholders.The flexibility to support occasional evening or weekend work during critical reporting periods or urgent events.The ability to travel domestically or internationally when required, sometimes at short notice.A high level of professionalism, discretion, and accuracy—especially when handling sensitive or confidential financial information.
