As a Mobile Security Officer, you will provide mobile security services and world-class client service excellence across a portfolio of client sites within a designated geographical area. Responsibilities include:ResponsibilitiesAs part of your responsibilities, you will deliver Mobile Security Services, which include locks/unlocks, internal and external patrols, alarm responses, vacant property inspections, and escort services. You must maintain Professional Conduct by being professional, polite, and helpful towards clients, staff, and colleagues at all times. Strong Team Collaboration is essential, following instructions from Team Leaders and working effectively with team members. Always adhere to Uniform & Identification standards by wearing the company uniform and displaying your security ID card. Ensure proper Vehicle Management by completing handovers and checks at the start and end of each shift, safeguarding the company vehicle and equipment. Maintain high Driving Standards, complying with the Highway Code and driving with care to uphold the company’s reputation. Follow strict Key Management processes and comply with Assignment Instructions for all security tasks. Complete accurate Incident Reporting for breaches and hazards using company systems. Demonstrate proficiency in Technology Use by operating PDAs and ensuring dashboards function throughout the shift. Ensure GPS/SMP Compliance with accurate data capture and reporting. Uphold Health & Safety standards by following company policies and the driver’s handbook.
