They're seeking a proactive Quality & Process Coordinator who can help standardise processes, reduce manual workloads and embed a genuine culture of continuous improvement across the business. THE QUALITY & PROCESS COORDINATOR ROLE: As Quality & Process Coordinator, you'll work across the organisation to understand how things are currently being done and identify opportunities to make them more efficient, consistent and scalable. You'll map and document business processes, identify bottlenecks and legacy workflows, and help redesign processes to reduce unnecessary manual work. A key part of the role will be identifying opportunities for automation , with potential use of Power Automate, Power Platform, RPA and other workflow technologies. This will include preparing departments for internal and external audits, working with external BSI auditors, maintaining audit evidence, identifying gaps and ensuring corrective actions are followed through.
