    Customer Care Coordinator – Glasgow
    We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Care Coordinator to join our friendly Customer Care Team, based at our office in Glasgow.
    Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm (8:00am–4:00pm on Fridays) Salary: £26,000 per year Location: Glasgow
    The main purpose of this role is to deliver an efficient, effective, and customer-focused after-sales service. You will liaise closely with customers, subcontractors, site teams, and management, ensuring strong working relationships and a consistently high-quality customer experience.
    Key Responsibilities Liaise with customers, subcontractors, site managers, and internal teams to ensure an excellent after-sales and maintenance response to all queries and complaints. Ensure materials and labour are arranged and available before works begin. Contact customers following legal completion to confirm their satisfaction. Produce accurate, timely documentation relating to all customer care activities. Maintain and update internal systems promptly to ensure an accurate and reliable customer database.
    Skills, Knowledge & Experience We are seeking someone who is straightforward, friendly, and a strong team player.

    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sous Chef to lead a talented kitchen team in delivering exceptional, world-inspired street food at a prestigious site in Central London. This role will be based in a high-volume, fast-paced retail kitchen, where you will oversee a team of 16 chefs, including managing the pastry team. The Role As Senior Sous Chef, you'll work closely with the Executive Chef and Head Chef to manage and inspire a large brigade. You'll be responsible for driving consistency, innovation, and excellence across all aspects of food production. Your leadership will be key in maintaining high standards, developing new menu ideas, and ensuring smooth operations.
