    Please note: For this role we are only accepting candidates that are currenty located in the United Kingdom, or have the right to remain in the United Kingdom currently and do not need visa support from Seagate either now, or in the future.  The Edge Datacenter Marketing group is responsible for enabling a successful Go-To-Market motion, with key focus placed on customer acquisition, revenue growth, and profitability across the entire portfolio. This team works cross-functionally to define both current and future business strategies, setting the direction for market leadership across all Edge Datacenter verticals. 
    The Global Distribution Marketing team owns the 4Ps—Product, Price, Placement, and Promotion—for Seagate’s distribution and downstream partner businesses. This team plays a pivotal role in driving business strategy and execution across Seagate’s broad portfolio of internal and external hard drives and SSDs. With a focus on maximizing market reach and partner engagement, the team works closely with sales, finance, and other marketing teams to ensure alignment across the channel ecosystem.
     About the role - you will: Develop and manage business plan across the portfolio within the Distribution Channel
    Strategy Development: Develop and refine long-term marketing strategies to drive growth and market penetration.
    Market sizing: Monitor and analyze market dynamics to develop POV on TAM.
    Business planning: Align with the market segment on channel/ route revenue, margin, share objectives.
    Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
    Develop product requirements funnel to Segment Market teams and coordinate product’s launch in line with Segment Strategy
    Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with ecosystem players.
    Product Launches: Plan and execute product launches, including go-to-market strategies. Ensure alignment with sales, brand marketing, & segment marketing
    Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve products and marketing strategies.
    Align with sales & rev ops on optimized placement and allocation of products
    Positioning: Identify routes / partners to position product assortment to maximize ROI – Net New business growth
    Messaging: Work with segment marketing to develop go to market approach leveraging local knowledge of Seagate strengths vs competitors.  Develop ideal pricing models & strategic positioning that delivers maximum GM$ 
    Collaborate with finance: Recommend best course of action to pricing on where to attack and with which products based on feedback from the field
    Market Trends: Monitor market trends and consumer behavior to inform pricing decisions.
    Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
    Promote the Seagate Portfolio value proposition
    Seagate point of view: Present to customers and strategic partners our vision of the market along with how Seagate products will solve challenges within the tech ecosystem.
    Content Strategy: Create a content strategy that addresses portfolio value and aligns with overall marketing goals and engages the target audience.
    Promotional Programs: MDF management, channel marketing activities, strategic partner promotions.

    We are currently seeking Mechanical or Electrical Technicians to join our Facilities Department at our cutting-edge Springtown site in Derry/Londonderry Northern Ireland.     Reporting to the Facilities Technician Manager, this position gives the opportunity to work on facilities infrastructure that supports state of the art semiconductor equipment and provides an excellent opportunity to develop your career in a company that is positioned at the heart of the rapidly growing worldwide storage industry.About the role - you will: The role will have the responsibility of maintaining a safe working environment, providing immediate response and efficient resolutions to down-time situations.  You will:  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on plant equipment and systems.
    • Monitor plant operations to ensure compliance with critical process parameters.
    • Diagnose and repair unplanned plant equipment failures.
    • Maximize the availability of plant services and equipment.
    • Support engineering projects to improve systems capability and reliability, including annual factory shutdowns.
    • Accurately record work details in maintenance software and update the Facilities Technician Manager.
    • Ensure adherence to health and safety policies and procedures.
    • Liaise with and supervise contractors and service providers.
    • Remain flexible for shift changes or additional duties as required by business needs.
    • Actively participate in company business continuous improvement initiatives.About you: • You will bring a strong technical profile with demonstrated relevant 3 years’ experience in O&M, fault-finding and diagnosis - we are flexible about the industry experience you bring.
    • Minimum Level 3 (NVQ, City & Guilds etc.) Professional qualification or time served in electrical or mechanical discipline.

    • You will have strong work ethic and ability to adapt to changing prioritiesYour experience includes: • Industrial maintenance experience
