This role is part of an exciting test for change project, working in partnership with Dundee Health and Social Care Partnership and NHS Tayside, which has grown and evolved since April 2024 based on local autistic voice. Connections is an information, advice and support hub for adults who identify as autistic, at any point of their journey. Providing 1:1 information and advice via phone, email or in person, peer support groups, as well as signposting and support to access other services and activities within the local area.
