    You will focus on generating and progressing opportunities for SiteGrid, working with Local Authorities and private companies. You will be supported by existing marketing activity, senior colleagues, and the wider SchoolGrid sales infrastructure.
    This is a full-time, remote role.

    Key Responsibilities
    Sales and Business Development
    Generate new sales opportunities for SiteGrid through outbound activity, inbound leads, and warm introductions
    Engage with Local Authorities and private sector organisations to understand their compliance and site management needs
    Qualify prospects and progress opportunities through the sales pipeline
    Book and deliver product demonstrations, with support where required
    Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline
    Relationship Management
    Build trusted, professional relationships with stakeholders
    Take a consultative approach focused on long-term value
    Support colleagues on larger or more complex opportunities as required
    Collaboration and Feedback
    Work closely with marketing to follow up campaigns and enquiries
    Share insight from prospects to help refine messaging, positioning, and product development
    Identify opportunities for expansion and long-term account growth


    Requirements
    Essential
    Experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role
    Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with professionals

    Training & Support: Attend client sites to train new or existing staff on how to get the most out of the SchoolGrid platform.
    Installation: Complete pre-installation site visits and set up/install SchoolGrid computer terminals efficiently.
    Professional Representation: Represent SchoolGrid professionally at all times, building trusted relationships with school staff and caterers.
    Compliance: Strictly follow school protocols, safeguarding procedures, and maintain high standards of confidentiality and data protection.
    Reliability: Ensure punctual attendance and provide a reliable, consistent service to our clients.


    RequirementsWe are looking for candidates who have prior experience in a client facing training role. This does not strictly need to be within the software sector; however, you must have a track record of successfully onboarding or training on a product, system, or process. If you have experience demonstrating how things work and guiding users patiently through a learning curve, we want to hear from you.
