    Mission To grow our services offer expanding our width of wallet within priority customers in a specified region.
    Working closely with our v1 sales teams to ensure a close collaborate plan and strategy on traditional and digital services. Responsibilities: * Face to Face regional role which is high in customer activity and customer facing time in the field, whilst also balancing some digital and time remotely. * Mature services offer knowledge with a key focus on our digital story and implementation of the company's digital services strategy within multiple segments and technologies. * Develop, manage and implement a commercial strategy for increasing our full services offer across a group of regional customers in a portfolio style approach. * Actively promote and grow the install base services within the target customer base along with a critical focus on improving install base information with the region. * Working in collaboration with our inside (digital) sales team to optimise our coverage model in the region, and regularly looking for new opportunities. * The ability to farm existing customers with a view on increasing their SE Services wallet, whilst also having a clear priority to grow and develop new and high potential service customers in the region. * On occasion taking the lead on a multi-site customers across the UK&I even when it sits outside of the main region. * Actively demonstrating some of our digital tools and acting as an ambassador for SE software's and the customer tools responsible for articulating our value proposition in services. * Management of an up-to-date pipeline in salesforce, ensuring opportunities are clearly forecasted against the local business rules. * Ensuring contractual business growth within the region, looking for opportunities to grow existing contracts through multi-technology or number of critical assets in management and developing a new contract revenue stream.
    All with the view increasing the services contractual (run-rate) business in the region. Main Activities Safeguard the integrity and safety of all plant and equipment associated with manufacturing operations through carrying out all work to agreed company standards Support the departmental drive towards continuous improvement & provide support to companywide site projects aligned to corporate objectives Keep accurate and up to date records within the computerised maintenance management system of all repairs, servicing, and modifications to equipment to improve the integrity and relevance of data to allow an informed management decision making process. Maintain and document an accurate and comprehensive system of spares for all equipment ensuring that critical spares are ordered to agreed stock levels Responsibility of MTTR/MTBF/Service schedule adherence/CI activities/management & control of critical machine spares/consumables in allocated areas to include daily departmental SIM KPI’s aligned to delivering support to manufacturing & assembly areas. Maintain the site facilities in line with internal and external regulations whilst also taking responsibility for the safety & control of sub-contractors Ensure the development of autonomous maintenance in allocated areas is trained to relevant parties and carried out effectively to maintain operational standards Ensure that all breakdowns are attended to using advanced fault-finding techniques to minimise downtime to production equipment securing industrial efficiency/up time Ensure that all work activities are completed in line with company policies and procedures.
