Join our winning team of Wave Makers and Go Getters and help us write the next chapter in the SCJ story.Analyst – AR Centralised Team6 month Fixed Term ContractFrimleyOverviewThis role assumes responsibility of the Claims Document Management, Billing and Reporting & Analytics for CFS covering all of Europe within our Shared Service Centre ensuring key performance targets are met and we are adhering to our SOAR controls.The role also supports continuous improvement by following/enhancing a reporting framework. Utilising Lean methodology, automation tools, power bi and tableau to optimise and or automate our processes within the centralised team.Responsibilities: Provide timely and accurate reporting to relevant audience.Ensure timely capture of customer claims through manual and automated indexing and archiving. Increase automation utilising current automation tools for document management.Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify root cause of issues and implement sustainable solutions.Conduct thorough investigation of disputed claims / deductions with local Logistics Service Provider, local Country Sales and with customer where necessary.Ensure timely approval and processing of claims, Invoices and deductions by customerComply with Sarbanes & Oxley (SOX) requirements for Accounts Receivable processesSupport external and internal audit requests when required.Create capacity & drive efficiency by simplification and standardization of processes & procedures across multiple countries.Experience you’ll bring: Understanding in cash flow management (OTC cycle)Knowledge of automation/roboticsBehaviours you’ll need: Fluent in English and 1 other EU language ( Polish or German desirable), both written and oralSolid accuracy and attention to detailContinues improvement mindsetStrong analytical skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work on own initiative and prioritize tasksStrong ability with Microsoft Office tools such as excelPower Bi and /or Tableau (desirable)What’s in it for you?     Fixed term contract for 15 monthsOverviewProcessing of end to end payroll for a number of countries, which includes; collation of payroll input, statutory and taxation payments, ensuring that the calculation of the payroll is in compliance with the specific country payroll regulations, corporate policies and internal controls (i.e. audit compliance) while ensuring that all government reporting and remittances are disbursed timely and accurately.Senior Payroll Associate EMEA need to balance multiple/changing priorities to meet demanding deadlines with internal and external contacts. Some degree of creativity and latitude is expected especially as it relates to high complexity issues.This position is also responsible for developing good working relationships and maintaining a high degree of customer service with key internal and external stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesEnsure accurate and timely payment of employees for EMEA countriesAssists in process of expatriate payroll and tax reporting for countries under EMEA as required.MyHR ticket management and resolution for countries under the scope of the HR Delivery Centre. Maintained GPT mailbox for communication with external payroll providers and HR teams and employee queries.Partner with colleagues to assist with payroll processes, cycles and projects with COE, HRBP’s, business leaders, Global/Regional Finance, and other stakeholders within SCJ, to ensure smooth delivery of the payroll processes, cycles & projects.Ensure country toolboxes are regularly reviewed and updated for relevant countriesFirst point of contact with Payroll vendors EMEA for those countries directly responsible for.Close co-operation with Senior Payroll Specialists to assist where required and with Local finance.Partner with Regional Payroll Manager and Associate Manager to implement instructions received from Total Rewards and Global Payment Departments to implement changes in SCJ’s compensation programs within and outside of WD.
