What you'll do :We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Test Engineer to validate cutting-edge IP routing and Multicast capabilities in high-performance, virtualized network systemsTest and troubleshoot advanced IP Routing protocols, including Multicast, MVPN, PIM, SR-MPLS, BGP, IS-IS, and IPv6, within container-based microservices architecturesCollaborate across development, QA, and customer teams to resolve complex defects efficientlyBuild automation frameworks using Python, Git, and Pytest, while exploring AI-powered testing with Gen-AI and AI/ML tools to enhance validation processesContribute to test strategy, coverage, and risk-aware methodologies to strengthen quality assuranceDeliver high-quality features for AI Connect, data center, and next-generation service provider networks in Agile sprint cycles.What you'll need - Must Haves :Extensive hands-on networking experience with Multicast, MVPN, PIM, BGP, and advanced IP Routing protocolsProficiency in Python automation, along with experience using Git and PytestStrong skills in test planning, defect management, and problem-solvingExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesUnderstanding of software development and testing processes, particularly leveraging AI to improve quality assurance.Nice to Haves :Familiarity with NETCONF/YANG protocolsKnowledge of AI-driven testing methodologies, Generative AI, and AI/ML toolsExperience in using AI to optimize and enhance testing processes.About the company :A well established, global high technology business dedicated to Networking, Routing Systems, Optical and Automation Software.
