    SDUK's brands include the Nations favourite cheese brand Cathedral City plus other well-known butter & spreads (Clover, Country Life, Vitalite, Utterly Butterly), functional ingredients and dairy free products. We are currently hiring multiple Bagging Whey Operator positions to will work within the functional ingredients section, working to ensure the bagging and storage of whey products, loading and unloading of deliveries. The roles will have mixed responsibilities, including manually moving bags of product (25kg and 1Tonne), carrying out documentation and administration tasks, ensuring the working environment is safe and clean by following SOPs, and supporting with the collection of samples to and from the on-site lab. This is a key role within a production environment where we primarily make a range of dairy-free products, including Sheese, Cathedral City products, and retailer own brands. The role of the supervisor, technical services is key member within the site food safety and management team, managing and developing site hygiene systems and processes in line with site goals and objectives. Youll also be working with an engaged and high-potential hygiene team who youll work closely with to develop and help them to grow within their roles, reaching and exceeding their potential, becoming a multi-skilled and flexible team. Youll manage external services related to hygiene requirements (including laundry, chemical, pest control) and ensure engagement and service levels align to SLAs. The role involves supplyi ng production lines with ingredients and packaging, handling cheese products, building pallets for storage and transport, and carrying out general warehouse support activities.
