Among your responsibilities:Own and deliver ambitious sales and market share targets across your territoryDevelop and execute strategic key account plans aligned to regional prioritiesBuild trusted partnerships with clinicians, decision-makers, and key stakeholdersDrive product adoption by identifying opportunities within secondary care and priority centresCollaborate cross-functionally (Commercial, Medical, Market Access) to deliver integrated account strategiesTranslate insights into action, feeding back market dynamics, barriers, and opportunitiesChampion excellence in customer engagement using a structured, value-based selling approachQualificationsWhat you will bring to the role2-3 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a Sales Representative or Key Account Manager role within the UK marketProven sales performance and strong commercial acumen, with ownership and resilience to deliver resultsExperience managing accounts and strong knowledge of the assigned territory, ideally within hospital settingsSkilled in influencing multi-stakeholder decision-making and navigating complex healthcare environmentsGood understanding of UK healthcare systems and market access dynamicsDemonstrated ability to engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across primary and secondary care settings ABPI qualified (essential); ophthalmology and/or product launch experience is a plus.Additional InformationGrow your career at SantenA career at Santen is an opportunity to make a difference.
