This role is in the PDM Trade & Working Capital Solutions (TWCS) team, responsible for PDM activity for TWCS transactions.The successful candidate will be expected to focus on Securitization and securitization like structures related to trade assets and Structured Trade, including Prepayment Financing, Pre-Export Financing, Inventory Financing, Borrowing Base Financing and other forms of asset-based, securitization like structures. The successful candidate will be expected to execute transactions on an end-to-end basis, including the initial discussions with origination and/or the corporate client, appropriate structuring and documentation, defining and executing an underwriting and syndication strategy, and the final sales to investors.
